Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Though not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently.
Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want our maids to clean, etc.
All Star Cleaning can’t guarantee what time residential housekeepers will arrive because each home gets the attention it deserves and not a pre-determined amount of time. Still, most homes fall easily into regularly scheduled cleaning windows between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. If for any reason you require a more precise time of arrival, All Star Cleaning will work with you for a convenient solution.
Because we clean Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority trust All Star Cleaning with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced.
Nearly 10 years ago, we started with crews of 4 in leased vehicles. When we found that was too cumbersome to do a good job time-efficiently, we tried 3, and then 2. What we have found is that one person is the optimum and occasionally, as the situation demands it, we will have two people on site.
If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give your maid team access to your home on your scheduled day. Some clients establish a guest or temporary code for All Star Cleaning.
